Indiana School Nutrition Association Cancellation Policy:

To ensure fairness and support accurate planning, ISNA maintains a firm cancellation policy for all professional development events and conferences including the Annual Conference & Exhibit Show, Director Retreat, Certificate Program and the Summer Manager Training. Please review the details below carefully before registering.

• Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by 42 days out from the conference to receive a full refund of the conference registration fee.

• Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 42 days out and 21 days out from the conference and will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 21 days out from the conference including no‑shows, regardless of the reason.

Important Notes:

• Registrations may be transferred to a colleague (with the same member status) for School Nutrition attendees or exhibitors at no additional cost if you are unable to attend. Non-members will be billed the difference.

• Registration credits cannot be applied to future ISNA events.

• Refunds are not provided for no‑shows.

• If full payment is not received by 14 days out from the conference, ISNA reserves the right to cancel the exhibit space without refunding the deposit and/or moving said organization to a different booth location at ISNA’s discretion. Space will not be assigned without full payment. Booth space will be available for reservation (with full payment) on a first-come, first-served basis by partnership level, starting mid October, for Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum Partners, and Gold partner booth selections will follow after. We will email registered partners a link to do so. Silver booths will be selected by ISNA, unless with a broker. Space will not be formally assigned without applicable payment. ISNA reserves the right to assign or reassign to a space other than the one requested. Cancellation and/or booth reductions of reserved space are non-refundable 21 days out from the conference.
